• Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in computer database management and software implementation

• Manage invoicing and accounts receivables
• Daily data entry and records management
• Assist owner and manager with special projects as necessary

Full-time Landscape Spray Technician
Willamette Valley, family owned, Commercial Operator is seeking a full-time Turf and Ornamental Plant Health Care Technician to make pesticide applications to client properties according program outline.
Applicant must be able to work unsupervised, have good customer service skills and be knowledgeable about problems that occur in residential and commercial landscapes.
Pesticide Apprentice License is required within 30 days of hire date. Study material for test is provided.
A current Oregon Commercial Applicators License with the Ornamental-Insecticide/Fungicide; Ornamental-Herbicide categories is required within 90 days of hire. Training is provided.
Candidate will be responsible for record keeping, light truck maintenance, and other jobs as assigned by their supervisor or the company owner.
Other job requirements include:
• Good verbal and written communication and customer service skills
• Punctuality and good attendance
• Positive attitude and organizational skills
• Current driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Working outdoors under varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions
• Ability to walk up to several miles daily over uneven terrain
• Lift carry heavy loads (up to 50 pounds)
